Your products deserve more than a disappearing status.

BrandStack Vendor gives customers a clear place to browse the full range, understand what they are buying and start an order without changing the sales relationship that already works.

Growing through chat gets messy.

  • Products disappear into old posts, statuses and chats.
  • Customers keep asking for the same prices, colours and sizes.
  • Delivery, pickup and business details are hard to find.
  • A social-only presence can make a growing business feel temporary.

Keep WhatsApp. Add structure and trust.

  • A permanent catalogue organized by category.
  • Clear product pages, prices, images and variants.
  • One reliable place for contact and delivery information.
  • A professional address you can share everywhere.

From product discovery to a ready-to-send order.

  2. 2Build the orderThe cart organizes items and collects optional delivery details and notes.
  3. 3Continue on WhatsAppA structured message opens so customer and vendor can complete the transaction directly.

A storefront can feel like your brand—not a copy of someone else’s.

These code-built concept previews show how the same product structure can support distinct categories and visual personalities. They are demonstrations, not live customer stores or finished template products.

Why BrandStack

Everything your business needs online. Stacked.

We help drive your business forward faster

BrandStack exists to help Zimbabwean businesses launch, manage and grow online through modular websites, practical commerce tools and connected brand services. We combine hands-on onboarding with a controlled technical foundation.

Mission

Make a credible digital presence accessible to ambitious small businesses.

Vision

One connected platform for brand, storefront, content and growth tools.

Know what you are starting with.

BrandStack is beginning with a focused, managed storefront—not an oversized e-commerce system or an unrestricted website builder.

Ask about your business
01What is BrandStack Vendor?

It is a professional, configurable online storefront for small vendors. It gives your business a permanent product catalogue and helps customers send a structured order through WhatsApp.

02Do I need online payments to get started?

No. The first storefront is WhatsApp-first, so payment and fulfilment can continue directly with your customer. Online payment can be explored later where it fits your business and the operational requirements are clear.

03Will my storefront look like every other site?

Your site starts from a controlled, reliable storefront system, then uses your identity, content, imagery, theme and supported component choices. More distinctive work can be scoped through BrandStack Custom.

04Can I use my own domain?

Every Vendor Launch storefront can start on a BrandStack subdomain. A custom domain is part of the Growth path and can also be included in a custom scope.

05Who manages products and updates?

During the pilot stage, BrandStack can manage the core business, catalogue and storefront settings with you. Customer self-service will follow after real vendor workflows have been validated.

06Is BrandStack Shop already live?

Not yet. BrandStack Shop is planned after real pilot storefronts have enough approved products to make discovery useful. Its first version will refer shoppers to each vendor rather than centralize payment and fulfilment.

07How much does a storefront cost?

Standard storefronts combine a one-time setup fee with monthly hosting and support. The final quote depends on catalogue size, content preparation, customization, integrations and domain work.
