Website terms

Draft dated 17 August 2026

Scope

These draft terms cover the public BrandStack marketing website and its email-draft enquiry form. A proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or other written contract will govern any paid work that follows.

Website information

The site provides general information about BrandStack services. Package contents, availability, timelines, and pricing may change until they are confirmed in writing for a particular project. BrandStack should correct material errors when identified, but this draft does not promise that every page will always be complete or current.

Enquiries are not submissions or contracts

The enquiry form prepares a message in your own email app. It does not send the message, confirm delivery, reserve a launch date, accept a project, or create a contract. Please review the draft and press send in your email app. BrandStack must reply and confirm any next step separately.

Planned products and features

References to pilots, marketplaces, payments, integrations, customer portals, or features described as planned or coming later are statements of direction, not delivery commitments. Only work specifically included in an agreed proposal or contract forms part of a customer project.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate enquiry details and use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit malicious content, impersonate another person or business, or send passwords, payment details, or unlawful material through the enquiry form.

Customer content

If a project proceeds, you are responsible for confirming that you own or have permission to use the names, logos, product images, copy, trademarks, and other material you provide. Content review, licensing, and marketplace rules should be covered in the final service agreement.

No guaranteed business outcome

A website or storefront is a business tool. Information on this site does not guarantee traffic, enquiries, orders, revenue, search rankings, or another commercial result.

Email and third-party services

Your email app, email provider, linked websites, and any future integrations operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Review them before use. Production terms should identify material third-party providers once the final service stack is known.

Questions and changes

Email hello@brandstack.co.zw with questions. BrandStack should add its approved legal identity, governing law, formal contact details, and any required limitation language during production legal review.
